Return Policy

At Gonzo Outdoors, every item is made to order. We build gear for the days that turn into stories — and we want you to be confident in what you wear.

Please review our return policy below.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at gonzo.outdoors.co@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Items should be unworn and unused.


Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include photos. We will arrange for a replacement as quickly as possible.


Size Exchanges & Buyer’s Remorse

Because all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Change of mind

  • Preference in fit or style

We strongly encourage customers to review our sizing charts before placing an order. If you have sizing questions before purchasing, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help.


Return Shipping

We do not provide return labels unless the item is defective or incorrect. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Refund Timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.

No returns on final sales items
